When and where is the wedding?
Ceremony at SkyPark in Skyforest, CA, targeting 4:00 PM on October 31, 2026. Reception is 6:00 to 10:00 PM at the Twin Peaks Community Center. See Venues on the home page for addresses and maps.
How do we get from the ceremony to the reception?
Most guests drive. Allow extra time on mountain roads (often 30 minutes or more from SkyPark to Twin Peaks). Rideshare can be limited; plan ahead. Venue maps and directions are on the home page.
What is the closest airport for out-of-town guests?
Ontario International (ONT) is the closest, roughly an hour to the venues by car. John Wayne in Santa Ana (SNA) is the next closest at about an hour and a half to two hours depending on traffic. LAX and Long Beach work too but tend to be the longest drives. A rental car is the easiest way up the mountain from any of them. The Accommodations page has the same summary alongside lodging tabs.
Can we explore SkyPark on the wedding weekend?
Yes, and we love this idea. SkyPark is a beautiful spot with food, drinks, and shops on the grounds, and they are offering our guests a discounted $35 admission rate all weekend long. Let us know if you plan to visit so we can add you to the guest list SkyPark uses to honor the discount. The rate covers park access for wandering, eating, drinking, and shopping; the attractions are not part of the wedding-guest visit, so plan to enjoy the grounds rather than ride. On the wedding day, the ceremony site at the top of the hill opens about 15 to 20 minutes before our 4:00 PM start, which is a perfect cue to wrap up exploring and head up so you can settle in before we begin.
Where do we park?
SkyPark has on-site parking. At Twin Peaks, use the main lot at the community center entrance on Grandview Rd. If it is full, continue to the second lot past the main entrance, next to the baseball field.
What should we wear?
Ceremony at SkyPark: formal attire. Aside from accents, please no costumes at the ceremony. If you're unsure whether something counts as an accent, just ask Dan or Madison! Reception at Twin Peaks: costumes are welcome. Layer for cool mountain weather.
Are children welcome?
Yes. There is a playground at the reception. If little ones get noisy during the ceremony, please step out briefly so everyone can hear our vows.
What is for dinner?
A taco bar (asada, pastor, and chicken) with vegetarian mixed vegetable tacos and cheese quesadillas. Mark vegetarian meals per guest on the RSVP form.
Do you have a registry?
If a registry link appears in the site menu, that is our gift list. Your presence means the most to us.
How do we RSVP?
Use the RSVP page on this site. Please respond by September 15, 2026 so we can give our caterer a final head count. You may submit again with the same invitation name if you need to update your reply.
